Redevelopment of a former garage at Winall Community Centre to form a new Children’s Centre, in a disadvantaged part of Winchester. Part of the Sure Start Programme supporting learning, health and well being in the under 4s. Internally the plan was reworked completely. Externally, the building was over clad with an insulated Sto render system and re-roofed. A new entrance canopy was also added with steps and associated soft landscaping. Given role of project lead assisted by senior architectural technologist.
