This is a multi purpose hall on a SCOLA campus at Horndean Technology College, designed with the County Architect, Sir Colin Stansfield Smith. Located to complete the courtyard, its form and detailing are an interpretation of the system buildings which surround it. The main hall has a shallow barrel vaulted roof which recedes as you approach. However inside contains a delicate lattice of trusses with bespoke connections designed in house. In addition to the hall there is a generous foyer which opens out onto the inner campus courtyard, which was landscaped.
